Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an unpaid order

While an order is awaiting payment you can cancel it yourself from your order page. Items reserved for the order are released and nothing is charged. Unpaid orders are also cancelled automatically when the payment reservation period ends.

Cancelling a paid order

If your order has been paid but has not yet shipped, contact us with your order number as soon as possible and choose the "Order question" topic. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to the original payment method.

After shipment

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with a delivered order, see our Refund Policy.

Cancellations by PepPure

We may cancel an order, in whole or in part, and refund any amount paid, if:

• the purchaser does not meet our eligibility requirements or account verification is not completed;
• the order does not pass our screening checks or we have concerns about the intended use;
• a product becomes unavailable;
• the order contains an error in price or product information;
• we are unable to deliver to the shipping address provided.

We will notify you by email if we cancel your order.

Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
