Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and every purchase made from PepPure ("PepPure", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the site, you agree to these terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Promotion Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Research use only

All products sold by PepPure are intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified professionals.

• Products are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, or cosmetics.
• Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and must not be administered to humans or animals in any form.
• Products are not intended for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim about the effect of any product on the body.

By placing an order you confirm that you will use the products only for lawful research purposes, that you will handle them in an appropriately equipped laboratory, and that you will not resell them for human or animal use. We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, where we believe products may be used for any other purpose.

Eligibility and accounts

Sales are restricted to purchasers age 21 or older acting on behalf of a qualified laboratory, institution, or business entity engaged in lawful research. To order you must hold an approved research account. All accounts are subject to verification and orders are subject to screening; we may request further information at any time and may decline an application or suspend an account at our discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly through our contact page if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when payment has been confirmed by our payment provider and we have sent an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including product availability, an error in price or description, a failed verification, or a concern about intended use. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

All prices and transactions are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices, shipping charges, and any applicable tax are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. PepPure does not store full card-payment credentials on its systems. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and cancellations under our Cancellation Policy.

Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, and documentation are provided for research reference. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not warrant that every description is complete or error-free. Lot-specific information is published in the documentation library; where a lot record and a general product description differ, the lot record applies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• complying with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, import, possession, storage, handling, use, and disposal of the products in your jurisdiction;
• ensuring that products are handled only by trained personnel using appropriate safety equipment and procedures;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepPure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepPure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or research results, arising out of or related to the products or the website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepPure, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, product imagery, and documentation layouts, belongs to PepPure or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PepPure is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
