Promotion Terms

Scope

These terms apply to any discount code, sale price, or other promotion offered by PepPure, in addition to our Terms and Conditions. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions, which will be stated with the offer.

Eligibility

Promotions are available only to purchasers who meet our eligibility requirements and hold an approved research account, unless the offer states otherwise. Promotions apply only to orders placed through this website.

Using a promotion

• One promotion may be used per order unless the offer states otherwise.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
• Discounts apply to eligible product prices only and do not apply to shipping or tax unless stated.
• Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied to orders already placed.
• Each promotion is valid only for the period stated in the offer.

Refunds on discounted orders

If a discounted order is refunded in whole or in part, the refund is based on the price actually paid after the discount.

Changes and misuse

We may change, suspend, or withdraw a promotion at any time. We may cancel orders or close accounts where a promotion has been used in breach of these terms, including through multiple accounts, resale, or automated means.

Errors

If a promotion is published with an error, we are not obliged to honor it, and we may cancel affected orders and refund any amount paid.
