• Order information: shipping address, items ordered, order totals, and order history.
• Payment status from our payment providers. Card details are entered on the provider's secure payment page and are not received or stored by PepPure.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, together with any order or lot number you include.
• Technical information needed to run the site, such as session cookies and basic server logs.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• review and verify research accounts;
• process, ship, and support orders, including payment confirmation, refunds, and tracking;
• send account and order emails, such as confirmations, shipping notices, and password resets;
• answer questions sent through the contact form;
• keep records of which lots were shipped to which order, for traceability;
• detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and orders that do not meet our eligibility requirements;
• meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and traceability obligations. Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and keep a record of it.

Security

Pages are served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and payment details are handled by PCI-compliant payment providers rather than by PepPure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update your account details from your account page. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Send requests through our contact page and choose the "Research account" topic. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This website and our products are not directed at anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
