Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Destinations available for your order are shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed and your research account has been verified. Orders that require additional screening may take longer; we will contact you by email if we need more information.

Shipping methods and rates

Available shipping methods and their rates are calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay. The shipping charge is part of the order total you approve on the review page.

Tracking

When your order ships we send an email with the carrier and tracking number. The shipment also appears on your order page together with the lot numbers it contains, linked to their lot records. Guests and customers can find an order at any time with Track Your Order.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and that it is stored as directed on arrival. PepPure is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. Include your order number, the lot number on the label, and photographs of the parcel and contents. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved. See our Refund Policy for how claims are settled.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser when the order is handed to the carrier, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
