How we manage stock

PepPure manages stock lot by lot. Each lot moves through defined states, and only released lots can be sold:

1. Quarantine. Material has been received and recorded but is not available to order.
2. Released. The lot's certificate of analysis is on file and its record is published. Only released lots count toward available stock.
3. Rejected or depleted. The lot is withdrawn or fully shipped. Its record stays published so past orders remain traceable.

What each lot record shows

• Lot number, product, and pack size
• Manufacture and expiry dates, where supplied
• The certificate of analysis for that lot, as a downloadable file
• A summary of the analysis reported on the certificate

Use lot lookup to find any published lot, or browse lab testing & documents.

Traceability

Every shipment records exactly which lots it contained. Your order page lists them, linked to their records and certificates, so you can always match the material on your bench to its documentation.

Storage and handling

Store each product as directed on its product page and documentation. Products should be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriately equipped laboratory.

Reporting a concern

If a document looks wrong or a delivery arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the lot number from the label.
